Violent 2-Vehicle Crash Leaves Driver Dead, 2 Injured in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 13 (KNN) — A driver was found in critical condition and ultimately succumbed to their injuries following a violent two-vehicle traffic collision late Monday night in the Gramercy Park neighborhood within Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash with a party trapped at approximately 11:42 p.m. in the intersection of West Century Boulevard and South Western Avenue.

When crews arrived, they located a driver in critical condition trapped inside a wrecked vehicle. The victim was later pronounced deceased at the scene.

LAFD paramedics transported a second victim to the hospital in critical condition. A third patient was also transported with unknown injuries.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s South Traffic Division is handling the investigation into the cause of the crash.
