Water Main Break Floods Street in Boyle Heights

Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, CA: A water main break sent gallons of water gushing up to the surface of a street in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles overnight.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to reports of a street flooding just after midnight Thursday morning, Mar. 30, on the 100 block of Savannah Street.

When units arrived, they found a lot of water coming from under the roadway.

LAFD contacted the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to respond to the location.
