Water Main Break Floods Street in Beverly Grove

Beverly Grove, Los Angeles, CA: A water main break occurred Thursday morning just after 4 a.m. on the 900 block of North Crescent Heights Boulevard in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Fire Department Engine 41 responded and confirmed a water main break flooding Crescent Heights Boulevard from Romaine Street down to Melrose Avenue.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power was requested to respond and West Hollywood DOT was at the scene closing Crescent Heights in both directions.

It is unknown at this time how long Crescent Heights will be closed for crews to repair the broken water main.
