Sun Valley, Los Angeles, CA: As a major winter rainstorm moved through the Southland this past week, the brunt of the storm hit late Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with street flooding in many areas of the Southland and flash flood warnings issued.
Key News Network captured flooded streets in the Sun Valley neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley around 2:30 a.m., Jan. 5, at Tujunga Avenue from Strathern Street to Saticoy where roads became a river of water flowing over curbs.
Water was observed up to the bumper of parked vehicles.
