Woman Found Stabbed in Alhambra

Alhambra, Los Angeles County, CA: A woman was found suffering from multiple stabs wounds Sunday night in the city of Alhambra.

Alhambra Police Department received calls around 11:35 p.m., Feb. 26, on South Electric Avenue regarding a woman screaming and saying “call the police” as she was running down then street.

There were also reports of a person stabbed and that the suspect jumped into a vehicle after stabbing the victim and fled the scene. Reportedly, the suspect was chasing a woman with a knife in an unknown location.

Alhambra Fire Department personnel located and treated the female victim who was bleeding from her face and hands from stab wounds. The bandaged victim was transported by paramedics to a local hospital in unknown condition.

It is currently unclear if the victim who was stabbed was running away from the suspect or another person was fleeing.
