WOODLAND HILLS, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (KNN) — A suspect wearing a hoodie vandalized a restaurant by smashing glass in a break-in attempt early Monday morning.
The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. at the Corner Grille Korean Fusion restaurant in the 21800 block of Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills.
Video footage provided by the owner shows a suspect using a large rock to shatter the front window and later wielding what looked to be a pickax to break through and enter the establishment.
Despite the damage, nothing was reported stolen. Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to the scene, cleared the premises, and found the suspect had fled.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
