BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Nov. 17 (KNN) — A two-vehicle, head-on, wrong-way crash involved a suspected DUI driver and left one injured in Bakersfield late Saturday night.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., the Bakersfield Fire Department and police officers were dispatched to the area of 27th and First Streets for a wrong-way suspected drunk driver who slammed into an oncoming vehicle.
Hall Ambulance paramedics transported a male with unknown injuries to a local hospital.
Two males from the other vehicle remained on the scene as the Bakersfield Police Department investigated the collision.
