Hit-and-Run Montclair Collision Leaves Pedestrian Injured

Montclair, San Bernardino County, CA: An adult male was struck and injured by a vehicle that fled the scene of the collision in the city of Montclair on Thursday night.

Just after 9:00 p.m. Mar. 31, Montclair Fire Department responded to reports of an auto vs pedestrian at the intersection of Central Avenue and Central Place. AMR ambulance arrived on the scene first and located a male adult unresponsive with trauma to the head.

The adult male was transported to a local area hospital. The driver fled the scene.

It is unclear at this time whether the pedestrian was riding a bicycle seen in video from the location by Key News Network, or walking alongside the bike when the collision occurred.
