Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA: A man was shot multiple times in the area of the Glendale Freeway and Casitas Avenue around 3:34 a.m. Friday, Apr. 15, in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The shooting occurred while the victim was with their girlfriend walking on Casitas Avenue just under the Glendale Freeway. The suspect fired multiple rounds at the victim from the railroad tracks and was last seen heading southbound.

No suspect description is available at this time. Los Angeles Fire Department transported the victim to a local area hospital in unknown condition.

Los Angeles Police Department Northeast Division is handling the investigation.
