Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA: A commercial structure burned late Monday night into early Tuesday morning in the Woodland Hills neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley.

Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a structure fire on the 6400 block of North Independence Avenue around 11:40 p.m. May 9, 2022.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a one-story 100′ x 200′ commercial building with heavy smoke showing that grew to Greater Alarm status.
LAFD reported around 12:49 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, that it took 74 firefighters 69 minutes to extinguish the flames. No injuries were reported.
LAFD is investigating the cause of the fire.
