Massive Structure Blaze Spreads to Nearby Brush

Lancaster, Los Angeles County, CA: Los Angeles County Fire Department crews responded to the 1200 block of West Avenue L-12 in the city of Lancaster around 1:50 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 10, and reported a single structure fully involved in flames spreading to nearby brush.

SoCal Edison and the Gas company were on the scene disconnecting utilities. Anthony Cheval / KNN

Several engines and stations were on the scene battling the massive blaze. SoCal Edison and the Gas Company were also at the location to disconnect utilities.

It is unknown at this time if any persons were injured in the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
