1 Wounded in Car to Car South Park Shooting

South Park, Los Angeles, CA: A car to car shooting left one person wounded and transported to a local hospital Sunday night.

The Los Angeles Fire Department came across a shooting that was not yet dispatched to officers. The fire department requested Los Angeles police officers to respond to the scene.

The shooting occurred at approximately 9:20 p.m., Apr. 9, at Slauson and Main in the South Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

One male was transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital by LAFD firefighter/paramedics.

Key News Network video of the aftermath of the shooting shows bullet holes in at least two car doors and front hood of a sedan.

No suspect has been arrested at this time.

The suspect was reportedly last seen driving away from the location.

LAPD is investigating the shooting.
