North Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA: A vehicle on the 4th floor parking lot of NoHo West Mall crashed into an escalator shaft leaving shattered glass and debris on the parking level below. Part of the vehicle was hanging over the 3rd floor parking lot.

Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a call from the mall reporting the incident around 8:00 p.m. Sunday, Mar. 20, on the 6100 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard in North Hollywood.

Officers arrived and taped off the area. Los Angeles Fire Department also responded to the location, but did not transport anyone to the hospital.

LAPD and NoHo West Security are working on the investigation.
