
San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA: California Highway Patrol Southern Division Special Services Vehicle Theft Unit concluded a two-month-long vehicle theft investigation on Mar. 24, with the recovery of stolen luxury vehicles.

In a released statement of the investigation on Saturday, Mar. 25, the unit said the theft investigation involved a large volume of luxury vehicles that had been fraudulently purchased from unsuspecting local dealerships.
Approximately 35 stolen vehicles which included Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes Benz and Porsche were recovered after a search warrant was served by the unit at a location in the San Fernando Valley. The total value of the recovered cars was approximately $2.3 million, according to investigators.

In addition to the recovered stolen vehicles, one suspect was arrested, a firearm was seized and an indoor marijuana grow operation of well over 400 plants was discovered, according to investigators.
