DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Nov. 20 (KNN) — At least twenty people were detained after reports of shots fired at a warehouse overnight in the downtown area of Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division patrol units responded to multiple reports of shots fired at a warehouse in the 900 block of Avila Street early Monday morning. One of the calls was from a female at 3 a.m. advising the LAPD of the shooting, said Officer Chaves with LAPD’s Media Relations Division.
When officers arrived at the scene, they detained at least twenty subjects who were all observed cuffed and lined up facing a wall at the location. An “unknown person” had pulled a gun, according to Chaves.
A weapon was recovered at the scene, confirmed the LAPD, and there were no reported shooting victims.
There is no further information at this time.
