Car to Car Shooting Leaves 1 Wounded

Lancaster, Los Angeles County, CA: Just after 7:00 p.m. Friday, Mar. 24, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received numerous calls regarding a car to car shooting at the intersection of Ave I and 10th Street West in the City of Lancaster.

Upon arrival, Lancaster Deputies discovered a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter/paramedics from Station 33 responded to the scene to treat the person down. The gunshot victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.

One of the vehicles that remained on scene was a green sedan with numerous bullet holes seen in the windshield.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are currently unknown.
