Firefighters Battle Warehouse Blaze in Gardena

Gardena, Los Angeles County, CA: Firefighters battled a blaze that erupted in a commercial warehouse early Friday morning.

Los Angeles County firefighters responded to the area of Main Street and West 154th Street in the city of Gardena shortly before 3 a.m., Apr. 7, regarding a fire coming from a strip of commercial buildings.

Arriving units found a single unit with smoke and fire through the roof and began a defensive attack on the blaze.

Much of the fire was knocked down by 3:30 a.m. and no injuries have been reported thus far.
