Firefighters Extinguish Flames in Structure of Previous Burn

Downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA: The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire around 11:19 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at the location of a previous burn.

Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke coming a building at the intersection of East 8th Street and South Santa Fe Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles.

Crews quickly made entry and worked to extinguish the flames coming from reignited content at a marijuana grow operation.

The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
