Gas Station Car Wash Erupts into Flames

Bakersfield, Kern County, CA: Firefighters doused flames at a car wash located at the Mobil gas station on Real and Wilson Road in the city of Bakersfield.

Bakersfield Fire Department personnel responded to the burning structure just before 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 22. They quickly contained and extinguished the fire.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
