Homicide Investigation Underway Into Stabbing Death of Man in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 26 (KNN) — The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the death of a man stabbed late Friday night in the Florence community within Los Angeles.

A stabbing was reported just before 11:30 p.m. in the 8400 block of Main Street where police officers from LAPD’s 77th Division located a male down on the sidewalk unconscious.

Los Angeles Fire Department personnel were able to resuscitate the victim with CPR and transported the patient to the hospital.

Officer Drake Madison with LAPD’s Media Relations said the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital. A homicide investigation is underway.
