Pomona, Los Angeles County, CA: A man suffering from a gunshot wound in front of a 7-Eleven convenience store in the city of Pomona was transported to a local area hospital early Monday morning.

Around 3:00 a.m. Apr. 18, Pomona Police Department officers and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to the 7-Eleven at the corner of San Antonio Avenue and Grand Street for reports of a gunshot victim.

Arriving engines located a male adult sitting in front of the 7-Eleven suffering from a gunshot wound. Both front door windows of the convenience store were shot out. Paramedics attended to the victim at the scene and then transported the patient by CARE ambulance to a local hospital in unknown condition.

Pomona PD was on the scene investigating the shooting.
