Man Stabbed in Stomach in Downtown Los Angeles; Suspect in Custody

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14 (KNN) — Los Angeles police officers apprehended a suspect after a man was located suffering from a stab wound in Downtown Los Angeles late Wednesday night.

LAPD Central Division units responded to reports of a stabbing in the 300 block of South San Pedro Street around 11:45 p.m.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located an unresponsive male with a stab wound to the abdomen and began CPR.

The victim was transported to the hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics in unknown condition.

According to LAPD Spokesperson Officer Im, a suspect was taken into custody. The condition of the victim remains unknown.
