Palestinian Supporters Rally in Simi Valley Against Israeli Bombings in Gaza

SIMI VALLEY, CA, Oct. 19 (KNN) — Local Palestinians and supporters gathered at the intersection of Tapo Canyon Road and Alamo Street in Simi Valley around 6 p.m. Wednesday, to have their voices heard in protest against the Israeli-Palestinian war as well as the recent bombing of the hospital in Gaza City that reportedly killed hundreds.

Omar Jubran, spoke to Key News Network and said he was at the rally to protest the bombing of the people in Gaza and “the recent bombing of the hospital which resulted in about 457 innocent people who were waiting to be treated in that hospital.”

“We are protesting such an action, such an inhumane action that was done by the Israeli army. Bombs are provided by our U.S. government.”

Jubran feels that unfortunately, the media has been one sided – only telling one side of the story, including our President Biden.

“I want to tell everybody to be fair and present both sides of the story, not just the side that you like and support, but to be just and to show both sides of the stories – both sides of the suffering.”

Jubran added, “We are all human, we should treat one another as humans, not treat one another as animals.”

Regarding specifically the deadly bombing of a hospital in Gaza City on Tuesday, October 17, many news outlets including Reuters and CNN to name a few, reported Israelis and Palestinians blamed each other for the bombing.

An investigation is reported to be underway regarding the bombing of the hospital.
