CHP was then notified of a pedestrian down on the 405 northbound, north of Burbank Boulevard around 1:46 a.m. Officers arrived to find a pedestrian down within the HOV and #1 lanes, with obvious signs of death, according to CHP. The Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene and pronounced the pedestrian deceased.
