Pedestrian Injured in Collision Involving Motorcycle in Lancaster

LANCASTER, Calif., Apr. 2 (KNN) — A pedestrian was injured in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle Monday night in Lancaster.

Lancaster sheriff’s deputies responded to the corner of Avenue J and 3rd Street East around 10:49 p.m. for reports regarding a motorcycle that had struck a pedestrian.

The injured pedestrian was treated at the scene and transported to Antelope Valley Medical Center in unknown condition.

The rider was also treated at the scene, but not transported to the hospital.

Circumstances surrounding the collision are unknown at this time.
