Hyde Park, Los Angeles, CA: A double fatal shooting occurred in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

Los Angeles Police Department officers arrived on the 6300 block of 10th Avenue to find two mortally wounded gunshot victims.

Los Angeles Fire Department responded and pronounced both victims deceased at the scene, according to Officer Cervantes, LAPD Media Relations.

The victims were a female Black and male Black in their 40’s, according to Cervantes in an update.

There are no further details at this time. LAPD is investigating.
