Senior Citizen Found Stabbed in Shopping Center Parking Lot

Lancaster, Los Angeles County, CA: A senior citizen was found stabbed late Tuesday night in the city of Lancaster.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies received a 911 call around 10:38 p.m., Apr. 4, regarding a male in his 70’s stabbed in the chest in a shopping center parking lot at Avenue J and Challenger Way.

Arriving Lancaster deputies discovered a male with a bloodied shirt and a stab wound to the chest at the location.

Lancaster deputies rendered aid until the arrival of paramedics and firefighters. The victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.

The circumstances surrounding the stabbing is currently under investigation.

The suspect is still outstanding as of this report. No further information is available at this time.
