HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 7 (KNN) — An undercover California Highway Patrol operation captured an alleged shooting suspect and one other at a gas station in Hollywood Wednesday night.

Undercover CHP officers on an unknown operation requested backup around 9:30 p.m. at the 76 gas station at Hollywood Boulevard and Bronson Avenue
The officers had rolled up on a white Lexus with a shooting suspect inside as well as a passenger.
One of the occupants fled the scene and was later apprehended and bitten by a CHP K-9. That suspect was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
The second suspect remained at the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident.
Details surrounding the incident remain unclear.
