Riverside, CA: At 10:19 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 24, California Highway Patrol received reports of a car fire on the 215 Freeway southbound, just before the Box Springs exit.

Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department along with Riverside City Fire Department responded and arrived to find a small car near the center divider with an engine compartment fully engulfed in flames.

The sole occupant of the vehicle did not suffer any injuries.
