El Sereno, Los Angeles, CA: A triple shooting left one person dead and two wounded Tuesday morning, Jan. 31, at approximately 12:28 a.m. on the 4400 block of Maycrest Avenue in the El Sereno neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Police Department officers along with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the location for a reported assault with a deadly weapon with three victims down.

The victims were all found in front of the location suffering from gunshot wounds, according to LAPD.

At least two victims were observed at the scene being transported by ambulance to a hospital.

LAPD reported a 50-year-old man was later pronounced deceased at the hospital after transport, a woman, 50, was transported in critical condition and the third victim, a 44-year-old man, was transported in stable condition.

Information regarding suspect(s) was not immediately available.
