Just before 2:00 a.m., Apr. 5, Ontario Fire Department responded to the intersection of Euclid Avenue and California Street in the city of Ontario for a reported vehicle collision.

Arriving engines located a single-vehicle crash in the center island with heavy damage. One patient was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
