Water Gushes After Truck Crashes into Park Tree, Water Source

Two people were uninjured when a truck crashed into a tree and damaged a water source at Ganesha Park in Pomona. Tony V / KNN

Pomona, CA: Around 12 midnight, Apr. 3, Los Angeles County Fire Department and Pomona Police Department responded to Ganesha Park on the 1500 block of North White Avenue for a vehicle collision.

Water was seen shooting out approximately 20 feet from the damaged water source at the park. *Tony V* / KNN

Arriving engines located a single truck into a tree. The collision had also sparked gallons of water to gush from a damaged water source at the location. Water was seen shooting out approximately 20 feet.

The driver and passenger were not injured.

The cause of the collision is not known at this time.
