1 Trapped After Vehicle Overturns on 605 Freeway

Pico Rivera, Los Angeles County, CA: One person was trapped after a vehicle overturned on the 605 Freeway Wednesday evening.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol received a call at around 5:17 p.m. June 29, on the North 605 Freeway and Peck Road in the city of Pico Rivera.

CHP arrived on the scene and noticed one vehicle on its roof with several good Samaritans trying to free the trapped victim still inside.

The victim was able to get free before the fire department arrived. LACoFD assessed the patient for any injures which were reported to be minor.

The crash is under investigation.
