2 Rescued After Single-Vehicle Crash into Ravine

Elysian Park, Los Angeles, CA: A man and woman were rescued from their vehicle after driving off the road in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Central Los Angeles Tuesday night.

The incident was reported at approximately 10:26 p.m., Sept. 13, when the victims in the vehicle called 911 to report they had crashed. The victims were located at the bottom of a ravine near the intersection of Angels Point Road and Park Row Drive.

The man and woman were transported by the Los Angeles Fire Department to a local area hospital in stable condition. Alcohol bottles were seen near the crash site, but it is unknown if they came from the vehicle.
