6 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 10 in Arizona

Tonopah, Ariz., Mar. 1 (KNN) — On Saturday, at approximately 2:30 p.m., multiple vehicles were involved in a collision on Interstate 10 at milepost 88 near Tonopah, Arizona.

Preliminary reports indicate that at least six individuals died as a result of the crash, with 13 others reported hospitalized according to sources. The fatal crash involved semi-trucks, vehicles and fire.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 were closed between Salome Highway and 411th Avenue for several hours as investigators from the Department of Public Safety examined the scene.
