Canoga Park, Los Angeles, CA: One person was killed in a violent two-vehicle hit-and-run traffic collision with a large debris field that included city property damage.

The crash occurred around 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, at Victory Boulevard and De Soto in the Canoga Park neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of the city of Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded with Los Angeles Police Department officers to the crash and found when they arrived, a two-vehicle traffic collision with traffic lights down including telephone poles.
The driver of the vehicle that slammed into a pole was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the driver of the truck fled from the location. In Key News Network video from the scene, a severely bent pole and a traffic light is seen laying on the ground by the vehicle the deceased was driving.
LAPD is looking for one suspect that fled the scene. LAPD is investigating the traffic collision.
