Vehicle Crash Into Metro Building Involves Fire, 2 Injured

Downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA: Two individuals were taken to a local hospital as the result of a single-vehicle traffic collision into a building early Thursday morning.

The collision occurred just after 1:00 a.m., Apr. 27, at the intersection of Alameda and 6th Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.

There is a slight turn on 6th Street at Alameda, and it appears that the victim’s vehicle was traveling westbound when it failed to negotiate the turn.

The vehicle was involved in flames when firefighters arrived, but they were able to achieve a quick knockdown.

The conditions of the victims are unknown at this time.
