Body Found Inside Jeep in Parking Lot, Death Investigation Underway

VALENCIA, SANTA CLARITA, CA, Aug. 14 (KNN) — A body was found inside a Jeep 4xe SUV parked outside a shopping center in Santa Clarita’s Valencia community.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 25800 block of Tournament Road around 9:48 a.m. Monday and located the deceased inside a vehicle.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the circumstances surrounding the person’s death, but it is believed based on security camera footage, that the person was inside the Jeep for at least four days.

There is no further information available at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
