HARVARD HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11 (KNN) — A Coco Robotics delivery robot stumbled upon a Los Angeles Police Department crime scene at the intersection of Normandie Avenue and Venice Boulevard in the Harvard Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles Monday evening.

The robot was seen suddenly stopping at the crime scene tape and contemplating what to do next.
An LAPD officer exited his patrol vehicle to monitor the robot to ensure it did not enter the secure scene. At one point, a second robot appeared but avoided the scene entirely.
After some additional computing, awkward maneuvering and possible remote human operator intervention, the robot figured out what to do and navigated away from the area.
No robots were harmed during the incident.
