Pomona, CA: A driver of a 4-door compact sedan escaped injury after crashing into a pole early Thursday morning in the city of Pomona.

Around 2:45 a.m., Apr. 7, Los Angeles County Fire Department and Pomona Police officers responded to a vehicle collision on the 1400 block of Reservoir Street.

Arriving firefighters located a single vehicle that had struck a utility pole. Upon investigation, an uninjured driver was also located at scene.

The cause of the collision is currently under investigation by Pomona PD.
