El Monte, Los Angeles County, CA: A commercial building burned with additional structures involved on Wednesday night, July 20, in the city of El Monte.

Los Angeles County Fire Department and El Monte Police Department received a call around 9:08 p.m. of a commercial structure fire on the 12000 block of East Garvey Avenue. Firefighters arrived and reported that an abandoned building was fully involved with flames and smoke showing from the roof with additional structures involved.

LACoFD quickly handled the flames and called knockdown within 30-45 minutes with no reported injuries.
