Homicide Investigation Underway into Fatal Shooting of Victim Found in Street

Rosemead, Los Angeles County, CA: Temple Station and East Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Station received a call of a person down in the street around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 4, in the 7400 block of Garvalia Avenue in the city of Rosemead.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the scene and began medical treatment to the gunshot victim who was then transported to a local hospital where the patient later died.

Homicide detectives arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation into the shooting.

There are no further details at this time from the ongoing investigation.
