Man Found Shot Inside Crashed Car in Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, LOS ANGELES, Mar. 17 (KNN) — A man was found shot inside a vehicle that had crashed into a pole in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Division officers responded to a reported shooting incident shortly before 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

Upon arrival, LAPD officers found a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a Mercedes sedan, which had crashed into a pole at the intersection of West Florence Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard, according to authorities.

The Los Angeles Fire Department transported the victim to California Hospital. According to an LAPD spokesperson, his condition is unknown.
