North Hollywood Possible Murder-Suicide Under Investigation

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 (KNN) — A shooting that initially appears to be a murder-suicide is under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department.

The LAPD’s North Hollywood Division units responded to reports of a shooting victim at approximately 7:45 p.m. Friday, in the 6500 block of Riverton Avenue in North Hollywood.

When officers arrived on scene, they located a deceased female in a running vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers located a deceased male two houses away with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The incident is being investigated as a possible murder-suicide.

There are no further details at this time.
