Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA: Los Angeles Police Department arrested a driver who led Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies and LAPD on a multi-city chase that terminated at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Westmoreland Avenue in the Koreatown neighborhood in Central Los Angeles.

The vehicle driver surrendered around 9:19 p.m. to LAPD Rampart Division officers and was taken into custody by LA County Sheriff’s deputies who originated the pursuit Wednesday night, Apr. 20, 2022.

According to LAPD officers on the scene, the driver was originally pulled over for an alleged weapon but no weapon was found.

The pursuit began when the driver refused to pull over for a traffic stop.
