Yogurtland Robbed, Employees Call Police from Locked Restroom

Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, CA: The Los Angeles Police Department responded to calls of an armed robbery in progress around 12:20 a.m. June 30, at Yogurtland on the 4900 block of Van Nuys Boulevard in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles within the San Fernando Valley.

Yogurtland employees called LAPD as they locked themselves in the restroom. LAPD arrived and cleared the business. No burglars were found in the business but were seen running away after taking an unknown amount of cash and wallets.

Suspects were described as two males with unknown handguns. LAPD is handling the investigation.
